Seedance 1.5 Pro is the previous ByteDance generation and the budget end of the Seedance pair. It takes a reference image plus a prompt and generates audio with the picture. We sell it at 1080p only, and that is deliberate rather than an omission: the live model exposes no resolution input at all, so multiple tiers would have been a distinction without a difference in the output.

Choose Seedance 1.5 when you are generating many variants and the extra resolution and reference control of 2.0 would go unused.
