Can I use the videos commercially?
Yes. All videos are yours to use however you want, including paid ads, organic posts, and client work.
What if I need more credits than my plan includes?
Buy a top-up pack anytime from your dashboard. Packs range from 1,000 credits ($10) up to 20,000 credits, with bigger packs earning better per-credit rates. Top-up credits never expire. You can also upgrade plans for a higher monthly grant.
How long does each video take to generate?
Most videos are ready in 3 to 5 minutes. We'll email you the moment yours is finished.
Which AI video models can I use?
All of them, on every plan. Pick from around 10 models per video including Veo 3.1, Sora 2 and Sora 2 Pro, Kling, Seedance, and OmniHuman 1.5. Each model's credit cost shows on the Generate button before you click.
Will my AI videos look fake?
Not if you pick the right model. Veo 3.1 gives phoneme-accurate lip sync, the single biggest tell, so most viewers do not consciously detect AI in talking-head ads. The $1 trial lets you judge the realism on your own product before committing.
What languages and accents do you support?
Write your script in the language you want and the models generate native speech in most major languages, including Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, Japanese, and Korean. Accent and tone depend on the model and the voice you choose, including custom voices on supported models.
Can I use my own face or clone an avatar?
Yes. Use any of the 150 library avatars, upload your own photo, or clone yourself as a custom avatar so your ads feature your own likeness.
Can I control how the actor looks, moves, and speaks?
Yes, through three levers: the model you pick, the avatar or scene you choose, and your prompt and script. You describe the setting, action, and delivery you want, and the model performs it.
