Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

This policy explains how billing, cancellation, and refunds work for paid subscriptions to UGC Vids AI. It forms part of, and should be read alongside, our Terms of Service. By starting a trial or a paid subscription, you agree to this policy.

1. The Free Three-Day Trial

New customers can start any paid plan (Starter, Growth, or Agency) with a free 3-day trial. A valid payment method is required, but your card is not charged during the trial. There is no trial fee to refund.

The trial includes 1,500 credits and up to three videos, so you can judge the quality before your plan starts, and the most expensive models are reserved for paid plans. Reaching either limit stops generation and offers you an upgrade; it never charges your card. Your plan starts, and your card is charged the standard plan price, when the 3 days end ($49, $99, or $199 per month, or the annual rate if you chose annual billing). It then renews automatically each period until you cancel. The confirmation email we send when your trial starts states the exact date the trial ends and the amount you will be charged on that date, and we email you a reminder at least 7 days before each renewal after that. Your full monthly credit allowance and the full model lineup unlock when your plan starts.

You can cancel at any time, including during the free trial, from the Billing page in your dashboard, the billing portal linked in your receipt emails, or by emailing support@ugcvids.ai. If you cancel before the 3 days end, you are never charged anything at all. See section 3.1 of the Terms of Service for full detail.

2. Refunds

UGC Vids AI subscriptions are non-refundable.Your plan's credits are spent the moment you generate, on real compute we pay for whether or not you keep the subscription, so once the service has been used a charge cannot be returned.

One narrow exception applies. We refund your first paid subscription charge (the charge at the standard plan price that lands when your free trial ends) if both of the following are true: (a) you request it within 3 days of that charge, and (b) you have generated zero videos since that charge at the time you ask. Videos you generated during the free trial cost you nothing and do not disqualify you. Failed generations do not count against this. To claim it, email support@ugcvids.ai from your account email within those 3 days and say you would like the refund. You do not need to give a reason. This mirrors section 3.3 of our Terms of Service.

Everything else is non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. That includes the first standard-price charge once any video has been generated on the paid plan, renewal charges on monthly and annual plans (whether or not you used the service that cycle), and any purchased credit packs. Failed generations are never charged.

Using the service after requesting a refund withdraws the request. If you email asking for a refund and then generate, or attempt to generate, any video or image on your account, that activity is treated as your decision to keep using the service. Your refund request is automatically withdrawn and will not be processed.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory right you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction. If you believe the law entitles you to a refund, email support@ugcvids.ai from your account email and we will review your request in line with those rights.

3. Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing support@ugcvids.ai from your account email, or from the billing portal linked in your receipt and renewal emails. There is no contract and no fee for cancelling a paid subscription.

When you cancel:

• Your subscription will not renew at the next billing date.
• On a paid plan, you keep full access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
• Cancelling during the free trial ends your access immediately, because the trial is not a paid billing period. You are not charged.
• Cancelling stops future charges. It does not refund the current period.

4. Failed Generations

If a video generation fails because of an error on our side, the credits for that generation are returned to your balance and it does not count against your monthly video allowance. You are never charged for a generation that fails on our side.

This concerns the credits for an individual generation, and is separate from the charge at the end of your free trial described in Section 1. Nothing you generate during the trial, successful or failed, brings that charge forward or pushes it back: the trial converts when the 3 days end, and the only way to avoid the charge is to cancel before then.

5. Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact support@ugcvids.ai first and allow us 7 business days to resolve it, the window set out in Section 3.6 of our Terms. We would much rather fix the problem directly than have you go through your bank. Filing a dispute or chargeback before contacting us is addressed in Section 3.6 of our Terms of Service.
