This policy explains how billing, cancellation, and refunds work for paid subscriptions to UGC Vids AI. It forms part of, and should be read alongside, our Terms of Service. By starting a trial or a paid subscription, you agree to this policy.
Every paid plan (Starter, Growth, or Agency) starts with a $1, 3-day trial. A valid payment method is required, and your card is charged $1 when the trial starts. This $1 is a non-refundable trial fee.
The trial is the low-risk way to evaluate UGC Vids AI: it lets you generate your first video so you can judge the quality before your plan begins. As long as you cancel before the trial converts, by emailing support@ugcvids.ai, you are not charged the plan price.
When the trial converts, you are charged your selected plan price. The trial converts on the earliest of (a) 3 days after it starts, (b) the moment you start a 2nd video (your first beyond the one included in your trial), or (c) the moment you download a trial video, whichever happens first. Starting that 2nd video, or downloading a trial video, is what triggers the charge, whether or not the video succeeds. The charge is for your subscription, not for any single video. See Section 3.1 of the Terms of Service for full detail.
UGC Vids AI subscriptions are non-refundable.Your plan's credits are spent the moment you generate, on real compute we pay for whether or not you keep the subscription, so once the service has been used a charge cannot be returned.
All charges are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. This includes the $1 trial fee, the charge when a trial converts to a paid plan, renewal charges on monthly and annual plans (whether or not you used the service that cycle), and any purchased credit packs. Failed generations are never charged.
Using the service after requesting a refund withdraws the request. If you email asking for a refund and then generate, or attempt to generate, any video or image on your account, that activity is treated as your decision to keep using the service. Your refund request is automatically withdrawn and will not be processed.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory right you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction. If you believe the law entitles you to a refund, email support@ugcvids.ai from your account email and we will review your request in line with those rights.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing support@ugcvids.ai from your account email. Email is the only way to cancel. Our team will process your cancellation for you. There is no contract and no cancellation fee.
When you cancel:
If a video generation fails because of an error on our side, the credits for that generation are returned to your balance and it does not count against your monthly video allowance. You are never charged for a generation that fails on our side.
This concerns the credits for an individual generation, and is separate from the trial conversion charge described in Section 1. Starting a 2nd video (your first beyond the one included in your trial) converts your trial to a paid subscription whether or not that video succeeds. A 2nd video that fails has its credits returned, but it does not reverse the conversion charge.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact support@ugcvids.ai first and allow us a few business days to resolve it. We respond quickly and would much rather fix the problem directly than have you go through your bank. Filing a dispute or chargeback before contacting us is addressed in Section 3.6 of our Terms of Service.
