AI UGC ads for your store

For almost every ecommerce category, the AI UGC tool you need is the same one; what changes is the creative, not the software. The thing to match to your industry is the hook, the proof, the shot type and the claims you are allowed to make, which is what each of the 18 pages below covers.

The exceptions are worth naming up front. If you sell something whose whole appeal is a physical reaction, a first sip of coffee or a dog going for a treat, you want a model with strong scene generation rather than a talking-head avatar. If you sell something regulated, supplements and skincare especially, the constraint is the script rather than the render, because platform review and advertising rules limit what a creator can say about results. If you sell on TikTok Shop or Amazon, the format is dictated by the destination: a native-feeling vertical clip for the first, an off-platform ad that has to survive the click to a listing for the second. And if you are dropshipping or validating, the whole point is volume, so a per-video price is the wrong pricing shape.

What stays constant across every vertical: 9:16, 1:1 and 4:5 MP4 with burned-in captions, watermark-free output on every plan including the trial, licensed for paid ads, and one credit pool that spends on any model. Talking-head delivery runs on OmniHuman 1.5, scene and product work on Veo 3.1, Sora 2, Kling and Seedance, and you can move between them per shot without changing plans. Pricing is $49/mo for 5,000 credits, $99 for 12,000 and $199 for 25,000, with 30% off annual and credits that never expire, so a beauty brand testing thirty hooks and a furniture brand finishing three hero spots buy the same product and spend it differently. Full detail is on pricing. Pick your category below for the hooks, angles and shot list built around how your buyers actually decide.

What actually changes by industry

  • The proof. Supplements and skincare need a before-and-after or a routine, fashion needs movement and fit on a real body, home goods needs the item in a lived-in room, electronics needs the thing working in one unbroken shot. Match the shot to the objection your buyer has.
  • The hook window. Impulse categories can open on the product. Considered purchases, jewelry and furniture, usually need a problem or a context line first, because the product on its own is not yet interesting.
  • The creator you cast. Demographic fit does more work than avatar realism. Baby and pet brands live or die on whether the person on screen looks like the buyer, not on render quality.
  • Compliance pressure. Regulated categories should write the script to the claim they can substantiate, then generate. Rewriting a rejected ad costs more than writing a careful one.
  • Seasonality and SKU churn. Fashion, gifting and Etsy sellers refresh creative constantly, which is an argument for a credit pool rather than a per-video plan.

How to build your first ad for your category

Start from the objection, not the product. Write down the single reason someone in your category does not buy, then make that the first line of the script. Everything after it exists to answer it.

Then vary one thing at a time. Generate the same script with three different opening lines before you change creators, models or settings, because the hook is where almost all of the performance difference sits. Once a hook wins, keep it and vary the creator. If you want a starting point, the free hook generator and script generator will draft both without an account.

Match the model to the shot rather than picking a favorite. A spoken testimonial to camera and a slow product beauty shot are different jobs, and the model picker will tell you which one to use and what it costs in credits before you spend any.

Common mistakes

Writing one ad instead of a test. A single polished spot gives you no information. Three hooks against the same script tells you what your market responds to in a day.

Over-polishing the render. UGC that looks produced stops reading as UGC. Handheld framing and an imperfect delivery outperform a clean studio look in feed.

Making claims the category will not clear. If a human creator would not be allowed to say it, an AI creator will not be either. Write to what you can support.
