Pricing
How much does UGC Vids AI cost?
Three plans, credit-based pricing. Starter is $49/mo for 5,000 credits, Growth is $99/mo for 12,000 credits, Agency is $199/mo for 25,000 credits. Annual plans are available at a discount. Top up credits anytime from your dashboard. Any plan starts at $1.
Is there a free trial?
Not free, but close: any plan starts at $1. Generate your first ad with most of our models (a few of the priciest are paid-plan only).
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. There is no contract, and no fee for cancelling a paid subscription. The trial costs $1 up front.
What happens if I run out of credits mid-cycle?
Top up anytime from your dashboard. Top-up packs run from $10 (1,000 credits) up to 20,000 credits with bigger bonuses at higher tiers. Top-up credits never expire and stack on top of your next monthly grant. If you are consistently running over, upgrading to the next plan tier usually beats heavy top-ups.
Do you offer annual pricing?
Yes. Annual plans give roughly 30% off the monthly price for committing to 12 months upfront. Starter annual is $408 for the year, Growth is $828, Agency is $1,668. The $1 seven-day trial applies to monthly plans; annual plans start at their yearly price.
Can I pay per video?
No. UGC Vids AI runs on credit-based monthly plans, not per-video billing. The trade-off is volume: one plan covers many videos and the effective cost per video drops the more you make. Any plan starts at $1, so you can test the output before the plan begins.
Do unused credits roll over?
Top-up credits you buy never expire and stack on top of your next monthly grant. Your monthly plan credits are a fresh allowance each billing cycle rather than a balance that keeps accumulating, so use top-ups for any overflow beyond your plan.
Can I upgrade my plan at any time?
Yes. Upgrade from your dashboard billing tab and the higher plan's full credit allowance applies right away. You can downgrade or cancel anytime, with no contract and no fee for cancelling a paid subscription.
Product and output
What kind of videos can I make with UGC Vids AI?
Talking-head UGC ads styled for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Native 9:16 vertical, 4 to 30 seconds depending on the model you pick, with AI-generated avatar, voiceover, and captions. Designed for ecom paid social: hook-first scripts, soft CTAs, and the casual creator look that converts on cold-audience targeting.
How long does it take to generate one video?
A few minutes from prompt to finished MP4. Describe the video (or paste a product URL), pick a model and an avatar, and hit Generate. The pipeline renders the talking-head video with voiceover and captions into a final 9:16 file ready to upload to TikTok or Meta Ads Manager.
Can I edit the video after generation?
The current output is a finished MP4. There is no in-app trim, layer, or clip-import surface yet (it is on the roadmap). Most users download the MP4 and either upload directly to ad platforms or do quick edits in CapCut, Premiere, or DaVinci Resolve as needed.
What aspect ratios do you support?
Native 9:16 vertical for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts. 1:1 square and 16:9 landscape are also supported. Most ecom users default to 9:16 since paid social on TikTok and Reels is the highest-ROAS placement in 2026.
How many avatars do you have?
200+ AI avatars across age, gender, ethnicity, and creator style (gym, kitchen, bedroom, outdoor). You can also upload your own photo or clone yourself as a custom avatar. New avatars are added monthly based on which audience archetypes our users target most.
Can I use the videos commercially?
Yes. Videos you generate are yours to use in paid ads, organic social, landing pages, and other commercial channels, with no per-view or usage fees on top of your plan. The only rules are the obvious ones: do not make false or misleading claims, and follow each ad platform's AI-disclosure requirements.
Are the AI avatars cleared for commercial use?
Yes. The avatars in our library are AI-generated or licensed for commercial use, so the ads you make with them are yours to run. Prefer your own face? Upload a photo or clone yourself as a custom avatar. We do not use a real person's likeness without the rights to do so.
Can I make videos in different accents?
To a degree, yes. Accent and delivery depend on the model and the voice you choose. On audio-driven models you can pick a custom voice (a preset, your own recording, or a clone) and steer tone through your script and prompt. For a specific accent, cloning a voice that already has it is the most reliable route.
Can I control how the actor moves, speaks, and their background?
Yes, through three levers: the model you pick, the avatar or scene you choose, and your prompt and script. The prompt controls the setting, action, and delivery; the avatar sets the look and environment; a custom voice controls the sound. You describe the video you want and the model performs it.
Quality
Will my AI UGC ads look fake?
If you follow standard practice, no. UGC Vids AI uses Veo 3.1 for phoneme-accurate lip sync, which is the single biggest quality lever. The full quality checklist (lip sync, hand artifacts, scripted-feeling delivery, generic backgrounds, wooden body language) is covered in our blog post on what makes AI UGC look fake — apply those fixes and roughly 70-80% of viewers do not consciously detect AI in talking-head ads.
What AI video model does UGC Vids AI use?
You pick the model. UGC Vids AI is a multi-model studio: choose from 12 video models per generation (Veo 3.1, Sora 2 and Sora 2 Pro, Seedance 2.0 and 1.5, Kling 3.0 and 2.6, OmniHuman 1.5, and more), each with its credit cost shown on the Generate button before you click. Veo 3.1 is the most popular pick for talking-head ads because of its phoneme-accurate lip sync, which directly affects 3-second view rate on TikTok and Reels.
How does the lip sync compare to other AI UGC tools?
Lip sync is the single biggest quality differentiator in 2026. Veo 3.1 (used by UGC Vids AI) renders phoneme-accurate mouth shapes within 1-2 frames on consonant-heavy words. Older models and Sora 2 are visually plausible but phoneme-imprecise on words like 'cramp,' 'electrolyte,' or 'specifically,' which English-speaking viewers detect within 2 seconds.
Comparisons
How is UGC Vids AI different from Arcads / Creatify / MakeUGC / HeyGen?
All of these tools generate AI UGC video, but they target different use cases and price differently. Arcads is closest in positioning but credit-based with no editor. Creatify is URL-to-video focused with 1000+ avatars. MakeUGC runs Sora 2 and Veo3 at a $1 trial price. HeyGen targets corporate explainer video, not ecom UGC ads. UGC Vids AI focuses on predictable credit pricing and multi-model choice for ecom paid social specifically. Detailed comparisons live at /alternatives.
Should I use AI UGC or hire a real creator?
Both for most brands. Use AI UGC ($2-10 per video) for hook discovery, multilingual ads, product variants, and compliance-heavy verticals. Use hired creators ($80-300 per video) for genuinely unscripted moments, founder-led brand storytelling, and TikTok Shop affiliate posts that require a real account. Most DTC brands at scale use AI UGC to discover winning angles, then hired creators to scale them. Full breakdown is in the blog.
Is AI UGC allowed on TikTok and Meta?
Yes. Both TikTok and Meta allow AI-generated content in ads since 2024 with two requirements: disclosure (label as AI where required by the platform's terms) and authenticity of claims (do not fake testimonials about outcomes that did not happen). UGC Vids AI ads run normally on both platforms with proper disclosure.
Are AI UGC ads as effective as ads with real creators?
For hook testing and cold-audience discovery, AI UGC is comparable to or better than real creators because the cost lets you test 30+ variants per cohort instead of 5-8. For scale spend on a proven hook, hired creators typically out-perform AI by 15-30% on lower-funnel metrics (add-to-cart rate, ROAS) because of the unscripted-moment advantage. The hybrid playbook captures both.
Pipeline and integrations
Do you integrate with TikTok Ads Manager or Meta Ads Manager?
No direct API integration with TikTok or Meta Ads Managers (no AI UGC tool currently does). Generated videos download as standard MP4s in the right aspect ratio, with captions rendered into the video, and upload directly to both ad platforms.
Can I bulk-generate videos?
Yes. Batch generation is built into the composer: set the counter and fire as many as 5 video variants of a brief in one run (10 for images), each billed at the model's normal credit cost. Most users running discovery cohorts generate 30+ variants in an hour this way.
Do you support multiple languages?
Yes. Write your script in the language you want and the models generate native speech with ad-grade lip sync in most major languages: Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, Japanese, Korean, and more. Each generation produces one language, so a second market is just one more generation. Still a meaningful cost advantage versus hiring a creator per market.
Where is my data stored?
User data is stored in Supabase (US-based). Generated videos are stored on cloud storage with signed URLs. We do not use customer-generated content to train AI models. Full data handling and sub-processor list is in our privacy policy at /privacy.
Account and billing
How do I sign up?
Visit /signup, create an account with email or Google, and start any plan for $1.
Do you offer team or agency seats?
Yes. The Agency plan ($199/mo, 25,000 credits) includes 3 team seats: invite teammates from the dashboard and everyone creates against the team's shared credit pool.
Do you offer an API?
There is no separate REST API product. Every plan does include the MCP connector, which lets Claude and other MCP-compatible AI tools generate videos through your account (keys live in your dashboard under API Keys). A traditional REST API is on the roadmap, primarily for agencies running creative pipelines for multiple brand clients.
How do I get help if something goes wrong?
Email support@ugcvids.ai and we respond within 24 hours on weekdays. There is also a chat widget in the app for quick questions. If a generation fails, you are not charged — failed videos do not count against your monthly allowance.
