FAQ
Can I promote UGC Vids AI on paid traffic?
Branded keyword bidding ("UGC Vids AI", "ugcvids.ai") on Google or Meta is not allowed and will void commission. Everything else is fair game: organic, paid social on broad targeting, content, YouTube, newsletters, communities.
Do customers get a discount through my link?
Not by default. If you want a co-branded discount code to share, mention it in your application and we will set one up after approval.
What if a customer cancels or refunds?
Commission accrues over 12 months as the customer pays. If they cancel in month 4, you have already earned the first 4 months and the future ones simply do not accrue. Refunds inside 30 days are reversed.
Can I refer myself or my own business?
No. Self-referrals and accounts on the same payment method or IP are flagged and reversed by Rewardful.
